The Terms of Use are formulated in the masculine form for convenience only, which also means female implicitly.

Minipac Products shall be entitled from time to time to make changes to the provisions and conditions stated in this Agreement, without having to give prior notice. Therefore, please review the Terms of Use for any re-entry to the Website, in order to keep up to date with its instructions.

The chapter titles are brought for convenience and user orientation and will not be used in the interpretation of the Terms of Use below.

1. General
The rules of use of the site and the content in which they are provided are “as-is”. The user shall not have any claim or demand against Minipac Products for the use of the site, for the content displayed on the site and for its limitations or suitability for the user’s personal needs.
